My Mission: Strength, Health, and Longevity

After my bodybuilding show in October 2021, I experienced my biggest growth rebound ever. My weight climbed from 274 lbs (stage weight) to 317 lbs in just two months—while staying lean with visible abs and veins. My digestion was excellent, supplement use was minimal, and my bloodwork and blood pressure were perfect. The only red flag? Water retention in my ankles.

I ignored it. I kept pushing calories and growth, confident that I was doing everything right. Then, on December 20, 2024, I found myself in the ER after a sudden 30-minute coughing fit. The diagnosis? Heart failure. My ejection fraction was just 15%. Lying in that hospital bed, guilt consumed me—thinking about my wife and 18-month-old son at home.

The Wake-Up Call: Health Over Everything

This moment changed everything. I had devoted my life to bodybuilding and powerlifting, chasing short-term goals, but I had overlooked the bigger picture—true health and longevity. I thought I was covering every angle, but I was wrong. Strength sports have given me so much, but they should never come before long-term well-being.

I now see my experience as a lesson, one I want to share with others so they don’t make the same mistakes. You don’t have to sacrifice your health for gains. You can build strength, size, and performance while maintaining true health—not just for yourself, but for the people who love and depend on you.

My journey is now about more than muscle—it’s about helping others achieve their bodybuilding, powerlifting, and fitness goals in a way that’s sustainable and truly healthy. I want to show athletes, bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts that they can succeed in their sports without jeopardizing their long-term well-being.
